Our Rapid Response Housing initiative started life in Australia, providing emergency shelter following devastating bushfires.
Here in the UK, the problems are a little different.
We partner with local councils, charities and corporations, the initiative is a collaborative effort to address some of the UK’s major social issues including homelessness; refugee displacement; and domestic violence.
Prepaid Stock of Expanda Boxes on the Ground
Shelter is fundamental to the well-being of individuals and families, offering safety, warmth and protection. Whilst many of us in the UK take this for granted, there are still thousands who go without this basic human need being met.
Enabled by corporate sponsorship, the Rapid Response Housing Initiative has a prepaid stock of Expanda Boxes on the ground in the UK. Working in partnership with charity groups and churches, we can provide fast deployment of shelter for those who urgently need it.
Our innovative Expanda Boxes provide secure, portable, pre-wired shelter that can be positioned on personal land, communal areas, or virtually any level surface. Without the need for tradespeople to install and setup, plus the ability to deliver multiple units on a single truckload, Expanda Box offers a truly cost effective solution to a growing problem in the UK.

Rotary Australia’s Letter To Rapid Response Housing
Rapid Response Housing has been actively involved with Rotary Australian Districts to provide relief to those local residents affected by the horrific floods of 2022 in Lismore. Despite extensive efforts, the ongoing effects of these floods are still present today – with families displaced and houses in disrepair.
This letter from Rotary Australia details the joint efforts between Rapid Response Housing, Rotary and RAWCS to provide effective flood relief and emergency housing to those in dire need.
