Our 4.0m pod includes a fold-down bed and built-in storage as standard. The 6.0m pod has a rear extension to provide more floor space and has enough space for a free-standing double bed.

When can I expect to see a return?

Based on 75% occupancy between April and September, at £125 per night should give you an annual return of £17062

Are glamping pods better than shepherd's huts?

With so many different glamping options out there, it can be hard to know which one to choose.

We compared Expanda Pods against three of the market-leading shepherd’s hut providers and found the pods offer more space, more features and more durability for less money.

In fact, to get anywhere near the same amount of floor space and features in a shepherd’s hut cost more than £45,000 – nearly triple the cost of an Expanda Pod.

Do Expanda Pods come with a warranty?

Yes Expanda Pods have a 10 year warranty.

Our 10-year warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for Expanda-Box Pods.

This includes structural integrity, ensuring your pod meets the high standards you expect.

What maintenance is required to look after my Expanda Pod?

Unlike yurts and shepherd’s huts that have a limited lifespan and can require regular maintenance, Expanda Pods require little to no maintenance beyond cleaning and are built to exceed the lifespan of cabins and other options.

Where can I place an Expanda Pod?

Expanda Pods come with adjustable feet for easy setup and can be installed on any level surface including grass and concrete. No base is required but when installing on grass we will generally use paving stones underneath the feet.
